William D. Winkowski is the head pharmacist and founder of the 12 Corners Apothecary. He is also CEO of William D. Winkowski, Inc. Dr. Winkowski is a Pharm. D., a Doctor of Pharmacy, with a degree from University of California, San Francisco.
